Fall is one of my favorite seasons for a multitude of reasons. Around here in my area, the leaves turn the brilliant colors or red, yellow, and orange, and the apple cider is fresh and the air is nice and brisk. I look forward to Fall every year because it is also a time that we spend more time together as a family, because there are so many events that we enjoy doing as a family unit.
It is also a pretty busy time in my business, and for many of us, can be a stressful period. I am sharing some of my tried and true Fall Working Mom Mantras to Live By in order to help you step into a new season prepared and ready to get all things accomplished.
I Am Worthy of All the Good Things
As working mom bosses who singlehandedly get everything done, we sometimes feel like we aren’t worthy of the good things that may come our way, including success. Shake it off and know that your blood, sweat, and tears are worth it and so are you. Never forget that YOU are worthy of all of the good things.
I Have Everything I Need Inside Me to Accomplish My Mission
You can do it, sister. The goals that you have set for yourself can be met. It takes time, discipline, hard work, and consistency, tools that you have.
I Am Mom Goals
Your motherhood may not be perfect (neither is mine, or anyone else’s for that matter), but that is okay. Your motherhood is epic just the same, even if your kids don’t let you know that. If at the end of the day, you’ve managed to make your family smile at least once during the day while tackling everything at work and squeezing some time in for yourself, then you are Mom Goals. You deserve to shine!
I Am Deserving of Time to Myself
Fall is a great time to relax and unwind and get some self-care in. This autumn, make sure to schedule downtime in your calendar and allow yourself some much needed alone time, without guilt.
Trust the Process
This can be hard for us Type-A people who are always working to be the best. Sometimes, we can get frustrated because things are moving slower than we want, or not happening at the pace we envision. When this happens, repeat this mantra and then exhale, allowing you to remove negative thoughts and feelings. When we trust the process, we create a less stressful environment for ourselves.
I hope that you find my Fall Working Mom Mantras to Live By useful, as they are a great way to move forward during the autumn months. Below is a printable that you can print out and place in your desk, workspace, or wherever you need it to remind you.
